CANCELLATION POLICY

• A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment • In the case of a genuine emergency, one reschedule may be offered without penalty • Please book additional time in advance for nail art or detailed designs • Acrylic services and spa treatments are not offered • For health and safety reasons, services may be declined if there is onycholysis or visible signs of unhealthy nails or skin • Please note that all nail products may cause allergic reactions, even those labeled hypoallergenic • Gel products may rarely cause chemical or thermal burns • If you have experienced reactions in the past, I kindly recommend refraining from the service, as I cannot be responsible for health-related reactions • The studio is located in a quiet spa and massage area and is best suited for adults • Children’s manicures are not provided; the recommended age to begin manicures is 13–14+ • Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in loss of booking privileges • Deposits are non-refundable • By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these policies
